The John T. Petters Internship Program was named in memory of Tom Petters' son who was a vibrant, outgoing young man, always enthusiastic and eager to apply classroom study to his father's company. As one of the original interns for Petters Group, his passion for hands-on learning was the catalyst for today's program.

An internship within one of the Petters Group Worldwide companies offers real world experience. Highly motivated students who possess a strong work ethic, who are detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment are encouraged to apply. Interns are expected to work regular business hours and are held to the same level of expectations of all team members. Creating goals, objectives and action plans allow the intern to set the foundation for this internship.
