Business and Culture Lecture Series
During their time in Shanghai, Petters EducAsian will offer students lectures outside of class on a variety of topics, often business related. From panels of westerners talking about their experience doing business in China to individual speakers focusing on industry sectors or cultural phenomena that highlight how Chinese business and culture works. We will bring in speakers on the larger subjects of global competence, environment and global political issues. We believe in the case study approach to learning, and students will have an opportunity to hear speakers from such companies as Ferrari, Saatchi & Saatchi, General Motors, Washington Post, Forbes, etc.
